Data Handling and Account Security Practices

We apply encryption at rest and in transit for all account data, including payment records tied to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS.

Encrypted Storage

All personal data — including your registered phone number and payment method details — is stored using AES-256 encryption. Decryption keys are held separately and rotated every 90 days to limit exposure.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages load on your device. You can disable analytics cookies from your browser settings without affecting your account access.

Data Retention

Transaction records — including DANA and OVO deposit histories — are kept for 5 years to meet financial audit requirements. Profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified account closure request.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (such as the QRIS gateway) and fraud-detection partners strictly needed to run your account. We do not share data for marketing purposes and never sell your information.

Access Rights

You can request a full export of your personal data at any time via the Account Dashboard. Exported files are delivered in JSON format to your registered email address, usually within 48 hours of the request.

We collect your name, email, phone number, and the payment method you register — DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. We also log your IP address and device type at login for security purposes. We do not collect data we do not need to operate your account.
